Balance & Bloom: A Spring Equinox StarBody Experience
Align with spring through astrology, breathwork, sound journey, and sensory rituals. Join Kat Da Silva (Be the Change Collective) and Ferris Givins (Inhale Exhale Wellness) for a 90-minute cosmic-somatic workshop honoring the Spring Equinox.
Through the StarBody approach, Ferris will guide us in understanding what our bodies need based on what the cosmos are telling us right now—connecting celestial wisdom with grounded, body-based care.
