HOW DO I PURCHASE ITEMS WITH YOU:
You can purchase through the site or directly with Momstera. If you would like to purchase directly with Momstera, please message directly to purchase via Instagram or email.

RETURNS:
Careful attention and time is invested in choosing and caring for all the plants that are sold through the Lounge. With that said, all sales are final. If there are specific questions regarding the quality of the plant, please message me within 4 days from plant purchase to discuss concerns.

WHEN DO I RESTOCK:
My family is my first priority so I do not have a set day weekly. Please FOLLOW ME on Instagram for all restock updates.

LOCAL PICK UP:
Local pick up is in Campbell, CA at the Momstera Lounge, 428 E. Campbell Ave, Campbell CA 95008

SHIPPING:
Shipping service is available within the United States. Rates are based on United Postal Service rates. I do ship once a week so please message me if you are looking to receive your package sooner. Plants that are shipped are up to 8". Unfortunately, I can not ship anything bigger. All non plant items are all shippable.

DELIVERY:
Personal deliveries can be arranged but will be on a case by case basis. Please message to inquire about rates and availability

RETURN POLICY:
I spend a considerable amount of time pick and choosing plants for clients and limited inventory. Each selection is based on very high standards. Unfortunately, all sales are final. If there is any needs for plant care, please message me directly

HOW CAN I HOST A PRIVATE EVENT AT THE LOUNGE:
Our space is perfect for a private intimate event and we would love to host you. Please message Momstera directly to schedule and plan your next event
