Begin with an energizing Pilates session by Marie, awakening your body with mindful movement. Then, settle into deep relaxation with a soothing sound bowl experience by Angela aka The Aura Stream, allowing the vibrations to melt away stress and bring you into balance.
But the healing doesn’t stop there—immerse yourself in nature’s restorative energy by creating your own DIY terrarium with Charlene (aka Momstera) and explore the world of crystal healing through a 1:1 conversation with Angela.
As you sip on your complimentary beverage, keep the vibes flowing with a soulful Sunday soundtrack curated by the Titas until 3pm, setting the perfect mood for relaxation and connection.
