Cancelation Policy

I value our time both as individuals & together. Please note that all deposits are non- refundable. This will be applied to your services the day of your appointment. 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice DURING BUSINESS HOURS, you will be charged 50% of the estimated total for booked services. Any missed/no-show is HIGHLY frowned upon. As urgent matters are understandable, no shows up or notifying owner at all will be seen as an act of disrespect of our time and lack of understanding of the value of our small business
